 Order Processing Time

 

- All orders are processed within 3 business days Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

- Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

- During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or new launches), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Where We Ship

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

 

- Prices shown at checkout **do not include** customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be charged by your country's customs authority.

- These charges are the **responsibility of the customer** and are collected by your local customs office or carrier upon delivery.

- We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.

- Refusal to pay customs charges may result in your package being returned or destroyed; we are unable to issue a refund in these cases.

 Shipping Delays

 

While we do our best to deliver on time, some factors are outside our control, including:

 

- Carrier delays, customs processing, and clearance times

- Severe weather, natural events, or other disruptions

- Peak seasons and public holidays

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout

 

We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs once an order has shipped, but we will always help you track down a delayed package.

 

 

 ***Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses***

 

**Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

 

***We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

- Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address may be subject to a re-shipping fee.

Lost, Stuck, or Stolen Packages

 

- If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days**, contact us and we'll open an inquiry with the carrier.

- If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will **[reship your order or issue a refund].

- We are not responsible for packages marked **"delivered"** by the carrier but reported as not received (e.g., stolen from a doorstep). In these cases, please file a claim directly with the carrier and contact your local authorities.

Multiple Shipments

 

Some orders containing multiple items may be shipped in **separate packages** and arrive on different days. You will receive tracking for each shipment. This is normal and does not mean any item is missing.
